Solidarity
Solidarity is that sense of being aligned with or standing alongside others. It is not just a feeling, it also implies behavior. But who is that behavior ultimately for? You or the people you are standing in solidarity with? The key difference, however, is that true solidarity requires a deeper connection, not just the completion of a task for someone else. It’s about collective action and shared responsibility, not just following a set of instructions for personal gain or external recognition.
